Basically it's normal practice for the seller to ask for a minimal deposit from the buyer with low scoring review as chances of joy bidding is very high even though they already sent you an offer and I already accepted it as a mutual understanding of completing the deal. In the end you never fulfil the offer and joy bid and waste other people's time. worse you still not a shame and dare to give negative reviews to others even though it is your own problem. Totally unacceptable.
