I engaged Joel end Nov 2024 with the intention to go through a body recomposition. I wanted to lose fat and gain muscle. tldr: I lost 5kg in about 5 months. I’m also lifting more weight now vs then. Joel has been helpful to advise me on both fitness and nutrition. He checks in with me from time to time and holds me accountable. Man’s a good PT, recommend.

Great communication

Joel is a friendly and knowledgeable trainer. Scheduling of sessions are also very flexible. He plan the sets holistically to target different parts of muscles in a session. Joel is also able to identify the correct muscles use in each exercise and hence correcting the form during a session. He also gives practical advice when it comes to diet and supplements.

Completed 10 sessions with joel over 1.5 months , my family and friends noticed improvements on my overall physique. Most importantly i feel healthier ! Joel takes effort to monitor my daily food intake and always giving encouragements and alternatives towards food consumption and workouts. It takes two hands to clap though … thank you for the policing effort…. See my bigger arms haha !

Before working with Joel I was training alone. I realised in a lot of exercises my form was wrong,after working with Joel, results started showing on my body. Lot of us workout in the gym, but our posture is wrong.I realised its also a skill which requires learning to work your muscles effectively. Joel has helped me,highly recommended.Cool &friendly. His physique tells you he knows his stuff.
