I ordered two mini Xmas loaves and they were so delicious I reordered. The texture is moist yet crumbly, packed with dried fruit and brandy which you can smell upon opening. It really adds depth of flavour. The cake keeps so well, did not need to refrigerate. They make great Christmas gifts!

Very good sugee cake, with perfect texture, moist and crumbly with just the right amount of butter. It has a slight fragrance from the touch of brandy. Ate one whole cake by myself and gave one to a good friend for Christmas.
