The seller claimed that the bag I bought had "no damages" aside from what was mentioned. When I received it, a leather piece on one of the pockets was completely broken. The seller said this was part of the original design. DEFINITELY NOT. I wasn't happy about it. The seller offered to have the bag returned, but I cannot be bothered with the hassle as it was easier to repair it at one of those cobblers in the MTR.
