The seller was responsive, but unfortunately the item arrived non-functional despite being listed as lightly used and in working condition. I requested a refund and provided a video as proof, but the seller insisted on inspecting it personally, which I had to decline due to scheduling constraints. As a result, I’ve essentially lost my money. I also paid delivery service which I’m not claiming…

Message 6hrs later as i have work. Not sure what he can check as the video sent shows it all point by point. Anyway, i got technician to check and it was a faulty power that comes with the unit.
5 個月前（已編輯）Item was tested to be in working condition the night before I replied to buyer to confirm deal for the next day. Buyer texted 6 hours later claiming that item was non-functional. He also repeatedly declined when I offered to drop by on the same day to inspect the chair and was willing to offer refund on the spot if item was found to be non-functional. Cite reasons about his busy work schedules when he was right at home when I offered to drop by? More likely change of mind and just wanted refund
