The seller was mostly responsive, polite. However, he changed the pre-arranged meeting time and was quite troublesome when scheduling a new time. The product did not meet my expectations - which may not be his fault. I appreciate his willingness to discuss the matter, but no agreement on refund or returns was reached in the end.
