Buyer made a serious counterfeit allegation based solely on perceived smell/colour, without any official verification or evidence. I provided batch, shelf-life and product information, after which she ceased engaging despite threatening a Carousell complaint. I categorically reject this allegation. The full conversation and transaction records are retained as evidence and speak for themselves.

Warning to other sellers: after being presented with the relevant facts and asked to substantiate her allegation, this buyer blocked further contact instead of addressing the evidence. Please keep complete records, screenshots and transaction details when dealing with her. I would strongly advise other sellers to proceed with caution.
