Buyer MIA on me twice after setting a meetup date, avoid at all costs

Though buyer agreed on meeting time and venue, buyer didn't turn up at all and we even waited additional 45min. Irresponsible buyer didn't even have the courtesy to inform seller about not turning up or change mind etc.

Buyer offered, fixed time but change timing. I tried to accommodate and end up, he did a no show last min and cause we much inconvenience. Should be more pro active if he wish to make last min changes.
