v fast n smooth transaction!!!

Buyer claimed that the condition of the item was worse than expected although it was communicated clearly prior to the transaction. Buyer then requested a refund which was ultimately rejected by Carousell. Would not recommend.

fast and decisive buyer 👍🏻 thanks for the smooth deal

There was some misunderstanding with the buyer, I was not aware that she had made payment & offered her the following options: - Proceed to mail out the item - Proceed with a refund I am currently awaiting for her reply and will update again.

Mailed her trade items out on the day we confirmed the deal. It’s been 2 weeks and she still hasn’t mailed out? She said she was going to mail on the week we made the deal but until now still didn’t 💀💀
