Great communication

The seller was patient and answered all inquiries; an overall great chat! As for the items, they were packaged well so I received them with no damages. Thank you so much for trusting me and transacting with me!

Item defective, turning on but not functional in any way. Seemed missing a piece. Too much hassle, didn’t bother asking for refund.

Thanks for the review, are you able to provide more information to substantiate the item isn't working at the time it was delivered. Also noting the review was made just this March although it was delivered first week of February.
