An extraordinarily disconcerting experience. This buyer clearly neglected to read the listing thoroughly before initiating negotiations with an offer, then abruptly rescinded the deal—and offered nothing but tepid apologies. A lesson learned: don’t begin with an offer next time. This conduct was utterly preposterous.

"An absolute masterclass in wasting time. Came in hot with an offer, then backed out like it was a joke—clearly didn’t bother reading the listing at all. Dropped a weak apology and vanished. If flakiness were a sport, this buyer would be an Olympic gold medalist. Sellers, do yourselves a favour—avoid at all costs.Zero reliability, zero respect, zero shame.
