Accepted my offer and agreed for pick-up on the following week but seller sold the item to other buyer without informing me. I didn't know it was already sold until the day before pick-up. The seller has no word of honour.

Hi it was my bad for not informing you asap and for that I apologize again. However, accepting your offer does not mean it's final. I have every right to sell my item to someone who bids higher.
