No issues with communication and delivery but would have appreciated if we knew the sofa came from a house with dogs as there is dog hair and dog smell that has sunk into the cushions. The bottom part of the couch was also slightly torn but that could have happened during the pick up and delivery. But the sofa is not really lightly used as stated.
