Be careful when buying from this person.He advertised a pair of rams (total 32gb) for $25. I offered his asking price & confirmed if the rams are indeed 32gb & he confirmed so I drove all the way to his place in Simei to deal.After testing, i found that they are only 16gb.I asked for a $10 partial refund as it will cost me to travel back to return but he insisted $5 refund only. Just my luck

It was an honest mistake on the ad and i was responsive and quickly apologized. An offer for full refund is given when the item is returned, buyer opted out and suggested to transfer back the amount i deem fit. $5 is reasonable as the item were already priced very low, even at 16gb.
