Buyer was late by 20mins, no respond to messages or inform in anyway. Came without exact amount without mentioning previously...making it a hassle throughout the transaction.

We needed to communicate in simple terms to avoid miscommunication. Our efforts paid off as the sale was made following agreed upon terms (e.g. midnight pick up, as buyer worked till late).
