not really forthcoming as to the exact condition of the item. sold a laptop and said the only fault is theres no power adapter but laptop actually takes 5 minutes to boot and lcd has a vertical line. one of the worst puschases for me

Hi! I apologize if I sound ignorant to you to be honest. For once, it took you more than 2 weeks to get back to me on this. Your only concern back then was if the laptop battery is not dextrose. You asked me the password of the laptop so meaning you were able to open it and it's working. Then your complain now is the laptop takes slow to reboot which is beyond my control. In which should be given the fact that it was only used for online class and it's an old model the moment you bought it.
