Took 1 every day. 1st 6 days, cudnt sleep well. Keep waking up at night. But still not tired. Did not need to drink coffee as this products already have caffeine. Curb appetite w/o gastric. Lost 3kg in the 1st week. Now adding exercise to my daily regime. Hope to lose some more weight. Will review again once bottle finish. Def will order again
