My first negative review to a seller ever. Description of the item is correct but not the condition. Don’t know if seller did it on purpose to leave the condition of the item out and unmentioned. He didn’t even up front let buyer know the condition of the item. Box was torn and creased. Item can be taken out as sticker seal seems tempered. Buy with caution.

We met in person. If there were any concerns about the box, that would’ve been a good time to point them out. Item is brand new, and minor wear to the box can occur during storage or delivery, which is quite common and doesn’t affect the item itself. The sticker seal is intact, but over time, slight creasing can happen due to normal wear and tear. This is typical and doesn’t indicate tampering. If you’re not fully satisfied with the item, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund

Great communication

Seller was very quick with replies and was very understanding when the movers were hired were not responsive on the day of the move, causing quite a bit of delay. The bedframe works very well however it came with quite a few more defects than listed. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase. Thank you seller!
