worst buyer agreed on COD and is not paying for it or backout fee blocked me and I msged his father and he blocked me too such an irresponsible family

Time waster.he wanted 2 deal @ Bishan/Sembawang.I said ok w SBW on wkends,but he cant deal @ wkends only wkday aftnoon but Im working.Nvm,I considered 2 do postage,he said cant do bank tx.I said meet him SBW on a wkday evening after his sch,he said normally can't do evening.Post me $$ he oso cant do. Even offered go Wdlands ard 830pm to 9pm thinking tt he'll b free by den, he say too late. Finally he ok to meet wdland on a wkend. 2day,i work @ SBW asked if ok 2 deal, he said dun need it anymore.
