Consider reworking your reservation policy whereby you automatically cancel reservation up to a certain period (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hour). I was sick so I couldn’t respond promptly. Also, maybe you can finalize chat first before accepting the offer. We were discussing the availability of one more item but you sadly don’t have it anymore. This led me to look at the remaining item more closely, and learned that it doesn’t fit my needs. I was looking for a tennis skirt—not a tennis-style skirt.
