Was trying to get a mattress and bed frame, has requested bedframe to be dismantled for logistics and space purpose, but not so willing to help so. Been waiting for few days to finally arrange for delivery but last minute has to drop off as my husband is getting a new one right away after long awaited.

Though mentioned understandable on backout last minute as I have waited for her responses and scheduling almost a week, but rated me 1 star. So fair play as we both disappointed at each other. almost helpful but not that helpful.
