Buyer was entitled, rude and impatient to our sales staff. Once she pointed out our mistake, our staff acknowledged that they made a mistake and offered her a refund. It took her days to get back on bank details, and yet expected an immediate refund after her reply. We let her keep the item, refunded the amount and shipping fee. Be careful when you make a mistake. We have blocked this buyer as they’re quite unpleasant and entitled. -Our staff stated that if the item was the wrong size we would guarantee a refund. They had no malicious intent, but just made a mistake (they apologized & acknowledged) -This Is a store that sells second hand items.it doesn’t run 24/7. Its also common knowledge that most companies do not have employees work during the weekend.
4 年前（已編輯）Entitled? Rude? Impatient? How was I entitled? By asking for proof of the item was in fact Small when it was originally posted XS but since you wanted a sale, you changed the description. You guys never mentioned anything about not working on weekends. The way you guys talk to me pa are so cold. Who wouldn’t get UPSET/FRUSTRATED after asking for proof pero GUARANTEE talaga na Small pero xs tlaga. Sure you made me keep the item BUT FOR WHAT. I can’t use it naman. Lol
