Tried to resolve with seller amicably but met with aggression. Opted for a $30 refund as it didn’t make sense to resend the item back at my cost after paying heftily for the initial delivery. Count it just my luck. 1 star purely for the response. Otherwise, all is good.

It’s crazy how responsive you are now seeing that you were completely unresponsive for DAYS after raising the dispute. I asked you to return and I can refund but you didn’t even reply me at all. I even told you I could pick up the item myself. I was very patient and was honest but you provided false details(phone number which I contacted!) and then tried to pin the quality on me when you should know that ANY ikea item might be lacking in quality. Please take your gaslighting somewhere else!
