Items reserved with seller but seller sold to others just because other customer able to collect items before me.

Thank you for your comment. I would like to address that :) 1. You did not give me a specific date to come collect as i told u my schedule :) but u only want to collect when u are on your way. 2. You did not make any payment to secure the item and there is no certaincy if you will decide not to buy it anymore, when another buyer can collect immediately and made payment for both item in advance its logical and fair to sell it to her. I hope that clears things up :)
