Buyer complained that whatever she received has flaws in it 2 weeks after the parcal has been shipped and delivered. Thereafter, seeked unreasonable compensation methods after clearly stating that i do not do refunds and to check item before purchasing. She then said “ I trusted you” as an excuse to not check condition of her standards/likings and went back and forth with me. Not recommended!
I bought 3 sets and 2 singles. Before buying, I asked if the cards were mint. She said yes, so I took her at her word. That's what 'I trusted you' meant. 🤷🏻Some arrived dented, with print lines that existed before shipping. I sent photos and videos promptly, not 2 weeks later. After clear justification, she agreed to swap only 2 of 7 damaged and promised to follow up next day, but didn't. Extending grace, I waited 4 days before I left my review of the experience, got this retaliatory review.
