Very unpleasant experience. 1st, she offered a very low price for the item. Printer’s toner n drum usage were informed to buyer prior to purchase. Upon taking the item, buyer commented on poor print quality. Buyer has own toner n drum n print which printedfine. But requested to lower price again saying my toner n drum were bad. Wanted me to lower price further or take back item with full refund.

As i quote, this is what u said "There is still the toner inside. But it says toner low when I print . Drum is ok. Drum can print up till 10,000 pages. I have only used one toner before. Estimate 1,000pages. So the drum should last for another 9 cycles of toner" And clearly your printout said otherwise. Agree that it's unpleasant. I have repeatedly asked you on the quality of the drum and u said its good. And I took the leap of faith to know that it does not have a clean print out.

very bad experience. Before I buy the hamster cage she said its good condition as new. But it have severe damage to important parts, can not use already. I asked refund but be rejected. yes I got discount, but I bought a piece of junk.
