Jakub was prompt in both the deal engagement & dispute resolution. However, in my experience, he didn’t take responsibility about mis-indicating the item’s condition. The “like new” item was significantly moldy, with rusty nails and a loose rack. When confronted, J seemed dismissive. He also deleted the listing. Eventually, he made a refund of a partial payment, bearing none of the delivery costs.

Unreasonable buyer, offered barely used wardobe for 1/3 of the price (114sgd sold, 360 new). Organised transport, delivered at her place 2 weeks later upon her request. Once delivered, she indicated slight mold spots at bottom of it, which I did not see. I proposed a discount which she declined and proposed to keep at 39sgd (13%) or she can send it back and I cover all delivery cost. Finally, she bore delivery cost, send it back and I refunded her. Fussy buyers should come personally and check.
