Buyer decided to meet up at 10.30pm to get item. After awhile notified me to check whether transaction can be earlier at 10pm. I turned up at 10pm and ended up waiting till 11pm and buyer still didn't turn up. No prior notification as to state that he isn't coming. Such irresponsible buyer.
