Selling the item as “Complete” but I received the item incomplete (without the headset case which is very important). Not responding on my message anymore. Disappointed

Just wanted to drop a quick thank you for the Bose speaker! Its everything I expected and more! The sound quality is incredible, crisp highs, deep bass, and it really brings music to life. You clearly know your gear well as a DJ, and your recommendation was spot-on. Appreciate the smooth transaction and your insights as a fellow music enthusiast. More power to you!
