Seller was nice, fast, gave freebies, and pictures were accurate. Unfortunately, item was actually a different model from what was described and was of significantly lower quality and value, which I only realized after I brought it home. While I assume it was a genuine mistake, better due diligence so as not to mislead the buyer or something to make up for the mistake would have been appreciated.
