Buyer is indeed decisive & prompt in payment. However, did not honor the purchase & claim the item is faulty as she did not read the menu clearly on how to operate it. When I ask to honor the purchase, she claim the product is not easy to use, which a kid can simply operate it. This behavior is unacceptable as item is sold at discount. Wasted 2 trips to courier/collect with full refund to buyer.
