Very unreliable buyer, made offer and disappear

Buyer with no manners whatsoever! Sent an offer which I accepted, but didn’t bother to actually buy the item nor to answer questions about when he/she would be able to pick up item and if actually he/she wants to make purchase. Buyer simply disappeared. No manners whatsoever!
