Buyer has falsely accused me of giving her defect items when I did check! If the inner lining is so torn, I would have seen it when I send it out. The $3 partial refund was mutually agreed. I sent out two parcels on the same day and yet my other buyer received on 14 august while yours only came on 17 august. Could it be that you put it inside the washing machine without the washing bag?

It’s appalling that seller blamed ME instead of taking responsibility. Receiving the parcel later than the other buyer doesn’t change the fact that she sold me 2 defected items out of 3 I bought! One has a torn inner lining and another has a hole on the side, noticed after taking out of packaging. Asked for a refund, but received a stingy $3 instead. Even if I washed them, what are the chances that 2 of the 3 dresses were torn? Washing machines don’t usually cause this damage. Simply DISHONEST!
