Be careful of this buyer. We arranged at 1500hr to meet up at 1535hr at Punggol Promenade, but he requested for me to try n reach by 1530hr. I reached at 1531hr and he did not turned up, but continue to send me message that he is beside me, ask me to say hi to him and he will stop. After playing such trick on me, he went & left a negative feedback on me. Such idiot must be reported. He has since set up other accounts.
