I paid in full for an item and he MIA. I got a hold of his mobile no., and he blocked me. How unethical is this? Best part is he MIA immediately after i transferred him. He was so actively responding instantaneously, when i told him trf done, he asked for proof, the moment i sent him a screenshot of the receipt, he disappeared immediately!

1 After making offer, ask to negotiate lower 2 spam inbox on how interested he is in the item 3 fixed to meet at 630pm at bugis; said he was at lavender when I called him at 624pm. 4 called him at 638pm, don't pick up my call. 5 texted him thru carousel and he insists he is very keen, will reach 715 to 730pm, how to meet if He is still late 6 I waited until 730pm, he never turned up.
