Mr Lim is knowledgeable and can assess the issues even by just looking at pictures and asking relevant questions. While we thought we needed to replace 2 pieces , when he came to fix the latch , he gave us his honest opinion that only one needed to be replaced. He could have kept quiet and do what we asked for and then made extra money from us, but he did not. I appreciate his honesty.
