Seller sold a Garmin golf watch and said it is 2 years old. After getting the watch, I checked the serial number and confirm with Garmin that it is actually 5-6 years old which their literature said is at end of useful life. Seller refused to accept a return with full refund (same day return).

That's unfair bro! Firstly, the watch is fully functional. Secondly, the manufacture date is obviously going to be different from the purchase date. You had asked me when I purchased it and I said about 2 years plus ago. Thirdly, you had physically inspected it before payment. So, how can you claim, after the sale, that I had misled you on the manufacture date, how would I know when the watch was first produced...I urge you to remove this post or I would have no choice but to report you.
