Seller changed her mind to sell to me after we both agreed to close. My condition as a buyer is for lalamove/grab to be present when i release the money through gcash and to physically receive the item. This should protect both seller and buyer from scams. It seems that seller refuses to give me contact and address, how then do i ask for pick up. Be decisive next time please. Time wasted.
