Buyer came down to purchase bulky item at around 10pm using a saloon car (even when I already advised her a few days ago that the item would probably not fit into a saloon car). She took the gamble, and was confident that the item will fit. I got to know that the item did not fit the next morning, from the 20 missed calls and messages (1130pm to 12am!) when my family and I were already fast asleep......Thank god for iPhone's 'do not disturb' function.
