Bought set of party supplies from seller and had them picked up by courier at her place to accommodate her schedule as she said was moving and I was traveling at the time. Found out afterwards that seller took out an item from the set saying that it was because I did not pay the full amount. She did not mention this when I asked for discount and she accepted my offer.

seller set schedule for collection but decided not to sell on actual day. do not post if you are not ready to sell your item. waste of time for buyer.

Hi, it’s a shame you didn’t communicate that directly to me in the chat you started on whatsapp so it would have been very easy to call or chat... I had asked if you were ok to wait 3 weeks to take the drum set because my son requested it, to which you didn’t even reply. It’s really too bad that it ended this way as there could have been a discussion.

We went to view the chairs before committing to purchase. They were exactly what we were looking for aesthetically and comfortable too. Kihwa was so nice and friendly, and would highly recommend the other lounge chairs in white or black. Grab them soon while stocks last!

The item didn't have a SG plug and it was incredibly discoloured.

Hi, sorry if we didn't pack the SG plug? Why did you not let me know? To my knowledge, I believe we did. I have 2 baby monitors so perhaps mismatched. The product works perfectly as mentioned. As for any "discoloration", this is a white plastic pre-loved product. I think you're talking about the thin white cord that could just use a wipe (similar to iPhone earphones). For $35, I doubt you expected brand new. Welcome to message me with photo so we can get to the bottom of this cord thanks
