Follow up review as I’ve just received the necklace. Previous given was before arrival of item. As u can see from images below, it came broken & with missing stones. I was so shocked as I’ve asked seller regarding condition before purchasing. Our msg below as evidence. Confronted her, she refused to take accountability, tried to allude that I’ve mishandled it. Dishonest seller & worst exp ever!

I sold & mailed to u in good order & condition. I mailed to u on 7/9/26 by Singpost, u received it on 8/9/26. U informed me it was broken on 10/9/26. I don't know how u use it for these 2 days & break it yourself & wanted to claim on me. This is unreasonable as I mailed it out to u in good condition. Therefore it is not my responsibility. I will not post & sell broken items as u can see I hv many good reviews from my buyers all these years.
