Hi hm2803. Kindly note that this app encourages seller to accept multiple offers after which only the fastest buyer is able to close the deal, of which is fair to the seller. This is how things works here in case you're not aware.

Unpleasant experience. My 1st negative feedback. Seller accepted my offer and arranged to meet tmr to deal, even though I offered to go to her place to deal tonight. Shortly after, she sold the phone to someone else without informing me. Only when I asked why the status was changed to “sold” that she replied the phone was sold to someone else. Pls kindly honour the deals agreed with buyers in the future. This is only fair. Even if you want to back out, the least you can do is to inform them.

Dear silverspy, I had explained to you that I got your respond while waiting for a potential buyer to arrive, that's why I arranged your meet up for next day because I wasn't sure if that buyer would actually arrive. Every seller would do the same in order to deal early. I'm sure you would do likewise. And by updating my status promptly is also a way to inform you and rest of interested parties in a timely manner.
