Buyer was very quick in making decision. However there was issue with settlement of delivery fee as buyer paid a portion of the delivery fee upfront and was not immediately willing to settle the remaining delivery fee. Communication also become rude. Suggest to agree up front very clearly on payment of fees if dealing with this buyer
