Great buyer to deal with took the initiative to come down n meet up on time👍👍👍

Buyer back out last minute when I have left my house. Even if deal has been confirmed and such. But I am a very patient person so I won't try to lash out. It is also quite reasonable as the item I am selling is not the right size/length for the buyer. But please, next time, do tell the seller the day before or a few hours earlier. Not several minutes before the meet up time.
