So glad I found Innovative construction and engineering pte ltd to help me dismantle existing carpentry and painting after job. Mr Saumik was very helpful with the quote and explained the job to be done clearly. Their pricing is reasonable and the works done as scheduled. Enquiry for dismantling & removal of build-in carpentry furnitures, Saumik response is quick even it’s late at night. Next day est. quote given. Follow up is prompt & he requested a site visit to provide a final quote w marginal diff. before i decide to engage them. Initially they need 3 days for the work but end up only took 1 day to complete for my old 5 rm flat. Job well done. 👍🏼

Demolished walls and hacked cabinets for HDB. They made the HDB submissions promptly and works were done very quickly. Although there were some hiccups Samsui was very responsive, and everything was resolved. Would definitely recommend for demolition works, and important to be clear on what you need to get done.

They were well mannered entered the house without shoes, but we encouraged them to wear as there were nails and debris. They were very efficient, did a good job!
