Already explained why I am late for 10-15 mins due to the buyer before her is late fr an hour,she is still unhappy as she ignored and gave me a neutral feedback where item I sold to her is best for the price.

Sorry if I made you upset. I did indeed acknowledge that you gave a great deal but the neutral feedback was because you were almost 30 minutes late and only informed me of your delay after I had been waiting for 15. I feel like I need to give a neutral review since it is my responsibility to inform other future buyers of possible lateness. To be fair I also stated that your delay was with a valid reason. Again, sorry for making you upset.
