Not a genuine buyer. Nego for lower price, makes an offer that’s accepted but nearly 2 weeks later tells me “let’s skip the deal”. Clearly does not read the terms stated clearly on the listing. The opportunity cost to me is 2 weeks from the time that the offer was accepted and still could not make a deal. If I didn’t press for a deadline to close I would have lost more time. Good luck in your search for a better deal. Sellers, take note.

Seriously?in d 1st place u never show up on meet up.been waiting almost 1/2 hr!u replied me U OVERSLEPT!we hav final meet up @ semei but then u say SUNTEC?i never confirmed u at suntec on d 1st place coz u work there it doesnt mean i need to go over ur wrkplce!but ur timing doesn’t meet mine on suntec i only could do it @ semei..so basically i need to Skip since our timings doesn’t make it.so whats ur big issue?nver buy ur item doesn’t make sence ur correct u shd consider both parties conditions
