Buyer backed out after offering and saying that he will buy. He also expects you to reply him at 1am in the morning. If you do not reply he will say you reply slow and all that. Then he will use that excuse to back out. Not recommended AT ALL to sellers out there. Avoid is possible because he will back out after enquiring. Please take note to all sellers out there. BEWARE!
