Promised to buy but end up suddenly turn down the deal and no reply

Wanted to buy but all of a sudden didn’t. I even gave him my address for where to pick up but he never came. Said that he could buy for the deal we made and asked for an even cheaper price. Waited whole day for him and he never came....
