Buyer expressed interest in an item and even applied a discount code that has conditions that it has to be collected within a period of time. After 1st meet-up failed, buyer went MIA and has not answered for a week. I could have sold this to more sincere buyers which i declined because i gave this buyer priority. I'll change feedback to neutral once I receive a reply from you. Also, i'll be relisting the item but i will not be able to accept your offers if you expressed interest in it again.

Asked me to reserve, i agreed. Told her before that if she backout i would blacklist her and give a negative feedback. She said she won't backout. After that ask her where should we meet and stuff, she didnt reply. After PM her so many times on different days. If you're gonna backout at least have the courtesy to say and not just treat as nothing has happened. And be sure you wanna buy before asking people to reserve.
